Here we strive to strike that delicate balance, taking pride and care in our realistic atmosphere, training, and operations, while remembering that ArmA is a game and we're here to have fun. Founded in 2007, the 15th MEU Realism Unit has strived to provide a quality, immersive gaming experience for over 2500 people; 500 of which are currently actively playing with us. Those members of past and present have earned our Special Operations Capable designation twice over in ArmA 1 and ArmA 2. We are more than a unit, we are a family. A family that enjoys more than just playing games, but also each other's company and we are always opening our arms to new members One of the things that makes the 15th MEU unique, is our new Cadet Corps. The Cadet Corps was founded in 2015 and was created with the purpose to encourage those aged 14-16 to join the unit, to teach them teamwork, and the values of the Marine Corps. By the end of your tour in the Cadet Corps, you will know what it truly means to be a member of the 15th MEU Realism Unit. What We Offer A dedicated recruiting server and two dedicated training servers all running 24/7 A dedicated, active 500-slot Teamspeak 3 Server An active member base and staff dedicated to keeping you interested and engaged Focused and in-depth training for technical skills related to your MOS, as well as training for leadership for both the unit and life Plenty of opportunity for promotions (we promote every two weeks through a non-biased, point-based system) and advancement to leadership And most of all, a fun group to kick back and enjoy a great game with. No crazy requirements or ridiculous mandates for belonging, just some simple courtesies and respect all around.
