We take realism seriously but there is time for jokes and other fun. If you are not serious in joining this unit and will not be able to play at the time we have operations or training; This unit is not for you. You will get a chance to test out any role you want and you will be able to use it as long as you are good at it and if it is not taken. If it is taken you will need to have a conversation with guy that is using that role.
