higgins909 13 Posted December 13, 2015 Does the server run like the client, only using 1 thread? With my amd 640 propus I seem to be using 106% on startup of my exile server and seen a max of 120% once. I'm using linux, and got 4 cores only each core = 100% max of 400% I have yet to open my exile server to the pub, mainly because I haven't gotten it configured the way I want, but it's only using ~40% average. I only plan to allow 22 people on my server for bandwidth reasons, but may raise it to 30 or so if its a hit. What are good cpu's for arma 3 servers? Might get a new server and the cpu is about the same speed but instead of just 4 cores, each core has 2 threads... so I could be cutting my performacne in half...
