Arma 3 FPS Drops

I get good fps outside of citys, and when i get into a city the fps drops, but not alot still playable, but the only thing that is annoying ands makes it unplayable is the random fps drops to 1 which makes the game freeze for a couple of seconds, how can i fix this?
