Battleye Drive Error on Latest patch.

Hello, after the recent battleye patch i cannot launch the game due to a driver error. I am running on Windows 10 Tech Preview build 10074. Here is the error i am receiving:

Failed to initialize BattlEye Service: Driver Load Error (577).

Am i the only one with this issue? Anyone have a fix?
