BohemiaBeck 305 Posted July 2, 2015 Dear community, We will be performing a maintenance on the forums this month which includes an upgrade to its back-end system software. During the maintenance, the forums will be unavailable for posting or reply for approximately 48 hours. It is planned that there will still be a read-only access on existing threads and posts during the maintenance. When we have the precise date for the maintenance, we will update this announcement. The upgrade will bring the forums up to date with the same software that is used on the DayZ forums, a migration from vBulletin to IPB. This migration is one step in the process of our goal to have a single, unified Bohemia Interactive login. In the near future it is planned that you will only need one account and once signed in you will have access to interact with all of the Bohemia Interactive game forums and other services. After the migration the forums will have a slightly different user interface and layout. To see the difference yourself, feel free to check out the current DayZ forums and compare. Please note, the color scheme will not change too much from what is currently in use. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this maintenance and software upgrade. Summary: Maintenance to forums to occur this month, exact date will be announced soon. During maintenance, creating new posts and threads will not be accessible. The forums will be in a read-only state for approximately 48 hours. The new forums will have a slightly different interface. Dear community, The forums maintenance is planned to occur next week starting on Tuesday 9am CEST(Central European Summer Time) and will last until approximately Thursday 11am CEST. During this time the forums will not be accessible for creating new posts or threads. The forums will be available in a read only state during the maintenance. BohemiaBeck 305 Posted August 4, 2015 Dear community,The forums were migrated from VBulletin to IPB. This brought it up to date with the same software that is used on the DayZ forums. The main purpose for the migration and update was to migrate it to the unified BI account system. This unified account system is used in the store, for new games and for all future features and services intended for the community.The are many changes from the previous forums. The migration did not occur without exposing/causing issues and we have been actively working to resolve those issues. BohemiaBeck 305 Posted August 24, 2015 Dear community, In approximately 3 and 1/2 hours the forums will go offline for maintenance for 1 hour. 15:00 CEST(Central European Summer Time) - 1pm (GMT) until 16:00 (CEST) - 2pm (GMT) It is planned that during this maintenance the top navigation and login button will be updated.
