Launch problems (crashes. Video of problem) pls help

I keep running into this problem (see video). i tried a fresh install.. i tried different way's of launching.. even without the launcher.

Nothings helps.

i7 at stock/turbo 4,4Ghz

16gigs

2x sdd (raid 0)

I think i finally found my problem... Its working now!!

I removed the drivers for my sony eye cam and deinstalled the freetracksoftware.

It almost looks like the freetracksoftware conflicted with the startup of the game.
