KillerPain 0 Posted October 7, 2002 Ok, this is wierd, Now when I launch OFPR, I get like mouse lag, my mouse moves a like 0.5 frames per a second. And when I go to join multiplayer games(which takes forever), I have a <300 ping filter set. And only like one game shows up. All the others ping at like 500. When they usually ping at like 100 or something. It is really messed up. Once I play a game though it slowly works itself out. Can anyone explain? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Guest BratZ Posted October 7, 2002 In OFPr I have a decent computer and I can nowheres near MAX out my resolution or even close.... I run the game in "LOW" or "Normal" and its still somewhat choppy because I up the visibilty until its a decent exchange of view/performance. I think you must have some settings too high. You say you havent changed it from install,but you probably have installed other things on your computer and its bogging things down. I think if you lower some settings you will be ok, my game is somewhat choppy until things have loaded and I have looked around a bit too. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Â I had similar experiences around three weeks after getting OFP:R. Â It started after I went and played a LAN game at a friends house.
