CyDoNgr 28 Posted April 26, 2015 Hello after the last patch things feel bad the game is unplayable. I can't detect the direction of enemy fire. If someone walks in the same house you are you cant hear him, even if he fires on the floor below you or reload. Is it my soundcard or is it a bug? I belive you code masters there in BIS need to take a look at it because the game is ruined... Is there any way to fix it? Just to have the old sound system? Thx for the game adn your time

ratszo 17 Posted April 29, 2015 What about all the other sounds? Suggest you read the audio thread in dev branch: http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?154605-Audio-Tweaking-(dev-branch) They got a new team on sounds, so they break stuff as they fix others, wip. ratszo 17 Posted April 30, 2015 (edited) Feeling guilty being overly harsh on you ... sound ingame needs work, the work they are doing now is causing new problems. There are things i tweak for better sound.: Best thing i got is a sound driver with an 8-band graphic EQ. --comes with my razer mouse. An EQ can clean the sound. Bass/Treble -- i use heavy bass, brings out the under-tones, like gunfire, footsteps, and suppresses overtones, like sonic cracks. Look at this Razer youtube to see the the driver: Keith Richards once said, "If I don't like the sound, I twist the dials..." Edited April 30, 2015 by Ratszo Keith Richards...
