ArmyWorm 10 Posted February 8, 2015 (edited) The 23rd Gaming Division is one of the oldest units in regards to Arma 3. Established since the alpha stages, the 23rd GD has upheld and depicted the standards, procedures and values of the 23rd Infantry Division “Americal Divisionâ€, of the United States Army. We are currently looking for active and MILSIM loving recruits, who want to be part of something great. Being around for so long, the unit has developed wisdom in regards to training/development, management, and activity endorsement. The group offers an array of training classes that are created in compliance with US Army SOP such as navigation, MOUT, and air assault operations. All activities in the 23rd are timed based on UTC, for convenience. To promote activity, we hold nightly casual playing sessions on our operations server. These sessions are well attended and offer an opportunity to develop skills in an unofficial setting. MILPAC’s The 23rd GD has it’s own automated system that keeps track of every member’s activity, so they don’t have to. It tracks training classes, promotions points, ribbons and qualifications, time in grade, and eligibility for promotion. Take a look here! Training Here at the 23rd we ensure that all of our members are properly trained within reasonable bounds, and to the standards of military SOP. Take a look here to see all of our elective schools and classes! Our Assets The 23rd currently boasts 3 game servers (2 for operations, 1 for training), that are run on top of the line boxes around the world. Locations like New York, Singapore, London, San Francisco, and Amsterdam offer a wide selection of playability, and growth opportunities. Equally, we offer automatic and low maintenance modpack updates, as a result of this selection. Operations Operations are held on a bi-monthly basis on Saturdays and are designed by a dedicated S-3 department. Every member is emailed an OPORD (Operation Order) that they can read in order to understand how the mission is to be conducted. Operations typically last an hour and a half to two hours, and are full of adrenaline. How to Apply 1. Create a Forum Account 2. Fill out an application 3.
