Can't play multiplayer, role assignment is blank

Hi I can't join any server at the moment because I get a blank role assignment screen. As in no fire teams or players show up in the list.

I tried uninstalling, opening ports, deleting every last bit of Arma including my proflies, tired many different servers including missions made by BIS but nothing has worked. Any help would be great!

I took a screenshot as it can be seen below, this occurs for every server I've joined.
