Role Assignment screen is blank

Hi I can't join any server at the moment because I get a blank role assignment screen. As in no fire teams or players show up in the list.

I took a screenshot as it can be seen below, this occurs for every server I've joined. I tried uninstalling, opening ports, nothing has worked. Any help would be great!
