Weapon Down Stances Swapped

So i've noticed the combat ready stances are swapped when my weapon is lowered. When it's lowered, and combat ready, the weapon looks as if it were not combat ready, and when it isn't combat ready, the weapon looks as if it were combat ready.

I was wondering if it was like this for everyone, or just some people, or just me.

And also if anybody knew a fix to it.
