Headless Client can´t be assigned

Recently i bought a second copy of ArmA 3, to set up a headless client for better performance on my dedicated machine. But now a strange problem occurs:

The HC is connecting properly, but it is only visible if logged in as an admin. In addition it can´t be assigned at all, so if i try to put it in the designated slot, nothing happens.

I´ve searched for this issue a long time, but i had no success.

For setup i followed the wiki https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Arma_3_Headless_Client

This is defined in the server.cfg:

//HEADLESS CLIENTS
headlessClients[]={"127.0.0.1"};
localClient[]={127.0.0.1};

The mission is Patrol Operations 3.1, with an integrated slot for a HC.

Where did i go wrong? Did this problem already occur?

I hope for some good answers and i would appreciate your help.

Alright I found it. I didn´t use the given Game Logic, but a simple Animal.
