Editing official missions in the mission editor?

I have OFP_R and I DePBOed the Multiplayer mission

"1-16_Cooperative.Noe", which came with the installation of OPF_R. Then I put that folder into my mission editor folder and tried to change things around, except that when I tried to load the mission in the editor, it was all messed up!! Everything in that entire mission was in the bottom left corner! What a disaster, but kind of funny looking!

I heard that it is because all the official missions for Flashpoint are encrypted. Is that true and is there any way to fix it so that I can change that mission around in the mission editor?
