Missing Gun Sounds

For some reason my friends can not hear my gunshots. I am using a variety of mods which I'll list below. No matter what gun I use, custom, default, suppressed, unsuppressed, handgun, pistol, etc, they can't hear my gunshots nor can they see the animation of my weapon firing and my body moving. They can on the other hand see my weapon reload animation and hear my weapon reloading. This is rather bizarre and annoying because my two friends who have the same mods as I do hear each others gunshots and see animations just fine when they fire their weapons.

The only exception to this is the default M14 EBR style rifle in-game which they claim to be able to hear when I fire and vehicle weapon sounds such as the minigun, etc. We're all using the same versions of the mods as far as I'm aware because we utilized Play with SIX to download them. Regardless of the mods as I said before the default weapons do this as well. I also have not received any game script errors regarding sounds, verified my game cache integrity and ensured I am not on the development branch.

I did some reading and all I could come across were issues pertaining to the 1.24 update which clearly isn't the issue here...so I'm stuck and out of options. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
