AI Glitch / Spawning as a seagull / Stuck on Receiving data with NO MODS!

I have this really big problem. Its a server that I want to play on, & its extremely weird because It can be clientside, & serverside. I just dont know.

So basically what happens is I join the server (This is an altis life server by the way), and sometimes it will show 84 opfor online or 55 or however much, its random. The opfor faction isn't even implemented into the server...

Its almost like im on singleplayer, but on a multiplayer server. I see a blue steam button on the bottom when i join, thats from singleplayer. Sometimes when I join as a civilian im on a spawn island, and im suppose to get the Spawn selection, but I dont. I dont see anything on the map, I dont have any commands from Altis Life, & when i die I need to ALT F4 out of the game because ESC doesnt work. When I try joining as a seagull, sometimes I see myself as a seagull, sometimes its a black screen and I can hear a seagull.

What I've done to try and fix this problem, but its failed:

- Reinstall Arma 3

- Delete all Arma 3 folders from %appdata%,Local, documents, SteamApps, etc.. I already deleted the MPMISSIONSCACHE like 5 times so don't ask.

- I've installed over 10 VPN's

- I talked to the Founder, Developer, Moderator, Admin, Cops, Civilians, Medics on the server. None of them know the solution.

The weird thing is... Yesterday at around 6:00 PM GMT -5:00, I was able to login to the server perfectly fine. I dont know if its because I was messing around with VPN's or because it just randomly happened.

Well that RPT was from yesterday, but all my RPT's all the same I already checked through them.

The MORE weird thing is, Its only me getting the problem, and only on THAT server. Not any other server has the problem. They cleared me from the database, didnt work. The deleted all my information, everything. Nothing worked.

Im hoping one of you have a solution to this problem, I mean, I really like this server and I want to play. Please just post anything! I dont care if it doesn't work I will try it! Will restoring my PC work?

Both my brothers were banned off the server (Not the IP) There GUID and Player ID was banned. I don't think that would affect me, would it?

No one else has the problem on the server

All other servers are working fine

The server is running 3.1.3 Altis Life. & they added custom stuff to it and made it 3.1.4, would the custom stuff they added maybe affect my client? :/

Also, I am 99% sure your VPN probably has nothing to do with this, what is your obssesion with using VPNs? Have you tried it without a VPN? (Going to assume by your name that you dont live in some shitty regime state)

You said your brothers are banned... do they use the same computer to play?

Do you guys use the same internet (same IP?) (If so, is this why you are using the VPN??)

No i tried a bunch of times without a vpn but someone told me to use it so I did. My brothers have the same IP but not the same computer. We have different arma 3 accounts. Im just going to try to restore my computer, see if that does anything.

The custom stuff they added is just textures & stuff
