[HELP]Arma 2 new weapon possition

Hey, just asking if it is possible to hold gun like this:

I've done this by sprinting and giving them "STOP" command. Can you hold weapon like this in First Person Mod? Please, extact explanation to new-modelling guy. :)

P.S - If it is necessary, I can fake the third person view.
