Do i need to install ace/acre to the server?

I am working on a arma 2 OA server and i didnt know if the mods only needed to be installed client side or if they also need to be installed on the server. I am using Tophes Arma Dedicated Server Tool to help create server.

I have done some searching but i haven't found any answers please help.

Yes you need to have addons, that add things, installed and launched with server. You also need keys for these addons or otherwise ppl will be kicked from it, or you can disable signature check, which is very bad idea.

So you need addons and keys on server.
