Game Launcher Not Seeing Addons

Hi Guys,

I've searched around a bit and haven't found anything about this so could be something on my end:

When trying to launch via the new launcher, none of my mods are listed under 'Addons' and when I load up the game they do not appear under 'Expansions'.

If I launch the game normally (not via the new launcher), I can see all my mods as normal under 'Expansions'

Is this a known bug with the launcher or do I need to change something?
