Player is being lauched far away

Hello guys,

I have a problem, that i have experience before but somehow it kind of fix itself. But now I am having the same problem in some other vehicle and i cant figure out what the heck is happening, even after spending all weekend on it. I am being launched very far away from my vehicle when i got out of it, consequently i die. It only happened when i get out as driver, gunner seems to work fine. Does any one know what could it be?
