PiNs_Da_Smoka 0 Posted July 8, 2002 I was playing the mission where you have to take out the gunships at that airport in the Nogova desert. And when you start off, you have to board a truck, and make your way there. Then shortly after you leave, a tank and BMP will come. But here is my point. Everytime, they came a different way. Sometimes from the west, sometimes from the south. And, everytime took a different amount of time for them to come in site. I haven't really payed attention to this in other missions....but am i the only one who sees how much the scripting has improved in Resistence? PiNs P.S. Am i the only one that thinks they used a few user-made scripts by the community? Such as the ones you can find atOFPEC? I used to be the updater of the Code Snippets section, and i have tested many of those scripts myself. And alot of hte things that happen in Res, seem like they were made with some user-made scripts. MarcusJClifford 1 Posted July 8, 2002 Yes, ive noticed lots more randomness in resistance. That was a problem in the original OFP for me was if I saved and had to revert I knew by looking at my in game watch for example that in 20 seconds a T72 is going to come round that corner. The scripts thing I spotted that too - I was like "was that not xyz's script" - ive seen that before! But with all coding there are about 20 ways to do the same thing so im not overly bothered.
