badluckburt 78 Posted June 3, 2014 For some unknown reason Terrain Builder has stopped showing the satmap and surface mask that I import. I only see the heightmap in the window although all the layers show up fine (the ones in the right-hand column). When I hide the heightmap with the eye icon the window just goes black so they're also not hiding under there. When I select the satmap or surface mask by clicking on the layer I do see selection markers appears so they're just not being drawn or something. I'm going to do one more test right now to see if the terrain still exports fine. I've registered on the feedback tracker to report this so I'll gather what info I can before I do. If anyone could link me to the right section that'd be great unless it's just a matter of picking the right category, I'm still waiting on the confirmation mail atm so I haven't seen the logged in version yet. badluckburt 78 Posted June 4, 2014 Thank you very much, that was the problem :) I remember turning them on while doing jakerod's tutorial and have never touched them since so maybe an update reset those preferences or something. But again, thanks, this means I can happily start placing some buildings and roads tonight -edit And where are my manners, probably in the big cup of coffee next to me -.- but congratulations on your 2000th post!
