ACRE Issues with TS

I recently have had problems with my Team Speak 3 and it cutting out. I know it's linked to ACRE because I reinstalled and it worked perfectly for over an hour and then the second I checked the ACRE plugin I started cutting out and not hearing people again. This also causes huge problems on my computer, causing me to lock frames at 15 FPS and not above 35+. Here is a 10 minute log of me sitting in my TS server:

I originally was using TS 3.0.11.1, and now I switched to 3.0.12 and it worked for a little, but then it started giving me errors again. I know this is soley a ACRE plugin problem, because everytime I put the plugin in after reinstalling I get the same errors. I already posted about a week ago, but no was has replied, any help would be much appreciated. And yes I have tried running TS as admin.
