Adding buildings as objects or vehicle (performance)

Hey guys,

is there a performance difference in adding a building as object or as vehicle. I know that some functionalities are fucked if you add it as vehicle. For example you cant smash down walls or fences with your car anymore, but is there also a difference in performance?
