Want a unit where you don't get promotions for being on commands good side? Want to join a MEU unit that has actually earned their SOC tags? Want to join a realism unit where rank means something? 11th MEU is the unit to be in. Recruitment Requirements: -Willing to participate in a Mil-Sim Environment. -Have a working microphone -Have TeamSpeak 3 -Ability to speak English MOS's (Opened) -Basic Rifleman -Grenadier -Auto-Rifleman -Corpsman -Scout Sniper -Rotary Wing Pilot -Assualtman (Soon to be Opened) -Fixed Wing Pilot -AAV Crewman -M1A1 Crewman -MARSOC -Field Artillary -Combat Cameraman What are we looking for? The 11th MEU holds a high standard of professionalism and maturity with its members. These are the characteristics you will find in all of our members and what we look for in potential recruits. Teamwork - You need to be able to work well with other people, take orders, and do it efficiently. If you feel you do not have this skill our recruit training program will teach and enforce it. Communication – We rely on all our members to be able to provide accurate communication during any and all operations, unofficial or official. We believe it is best to keep good communication in habit. Maturity – We are looking for people who are going to be mature and sensible within our unit. We don’t take kindly to people messing around in our unit. Goofing around and being immature can quickly lead to a dishonorable discharge, and that's a promise. Commitment – We need people who don't pop in Teamspeak once a month, we need people who are here to protect and serve the 11th MEU and all its members, dedication and commitment are what is by far the most required thing in this unit. Professionalism - If you want to be a member of the unit then we are looking for you to apply professionalism to everything you do. Conducting in a professional manner is import in every unit and can easily control the units overall appearance.
