Radar Veicols and ghost target.

Let me know if the problem that i am going describe it's also known to you.

Removed the exception of the aircraft, when use any vehicle equipped with radar, for example the tank Slammer, i did not receive,or report, any target even if contrary are nearby.

It 's something changed from the previous edition or it's a bug?
