Need fix: 1st person vehicle sound LOW

So I'm hosting a server for (ALTIS LIFE) Yey.. However this is not server related.

I'd like to host a 1st person view only mod. The big issue though is that the sound in 1st person is too low. You can't hear the horn/siren or hardly gunfire. There is probably a 100% volume difference from 3rd to 1st.

Is there any fix for this? If there's not, would it be possible to lock 3rd person in everything expect when you drive a road vehicle, such as car/truck etc.?
