Need some help optimizing network settings

Hey guys, I've recently managed to get a server up and running, took me only 200 GB of bandwidth, but it works.

I've been fiddling with my network settings for some time now, and I'm pretty happy with the results thus far, however, I'd like to get some help from the more experienced people in tweaking my config just right.

Here's some info about the server:

CPU: Opteron 3365 - 8-core at 2.3GHz

Memory: 16 GB ECC Ram

Network: 1Gbit connection -- (Heh, internet speed: http://puu.sh/7d20u/ec7942c63e.png)

Mission: Evolution, usually.

Playeramount: Depends on who joins, really, for the hell of it, assume 32 players. Since that is my maximum playercount.

Here is my network settings thus far:

MaxMsgSend=512;
MinBandwidth=10485760;
MaxBandwidth=104858000;
MaxCustomFileSize=0;
MinErrorToSend=0.0020000001;
MinErrorToSendNear=0.003;
MaxSizeGuaranteed=512;
MaxSizeNonguaranteed=256;
