[ARMA 3] Stuck on "Downloading mission file (1 kb/x kb)

This is an issue we're having making ARMA 3 servers..

We're trying to run a dedicated server, but whichever mission we start up on it we get stuck on (1Kb / xKb) of the mission data when we attempt to connect to it.

We've been looking for any fixes but we can't find any solutions concerning servers anywhere. We've opened all the required ports(but feel free to post them again so we can double check we don't have an incomplete list) and we're running the correct version of ARMA 3 on both the server and the clients.

Anyone knows any fixes?
