United Sim Army Teams - 82nd Airborne Division

Greetings everyone

I would like to begin by thanking you for Looking at United Sim Army Teams - 82nd Airborne Division.

In this Post, I will go over a few details concerning the 82nd and especially 1st Brigade.

To begin to introduce you to the 82nd Airborne/USAT, United Sim Army 82nd Airborne Division is a part of United Sim Army Teams (USAT), a gaming organization that specializes in military sim games. The way we are organized for most games is classic United States Army rank and organizational structure, modified to suit our organizational needs.

Now onto the 1st Brigade. Originally, Alpha Company , 1st BCT was supposed to be for Arma 2, however this has been changed, and after some thinking, it was decided to go to Arma 3. This is why, Alpha Company , 1st BCT is in a rebuilding mode.

My expectations and goals for Alpha Company , 1st BCT are very simple and direct:

1. Fill Alpha Company , 1st BCT with active players. This is done by recruitment.

2. For Alpha Company , 1st BCT to be as realistic as possible within the game and within our dealings. What this means is simple:

-use of tactics

-use of teamwork

-following the chain of command(more on this below)

-use of TS3 in game and out of game for communication with teammates.

3. For Alpha Company , 1st BCT to be as professional as possible. This means:

-respect toward all players

-do not accuse anyone of cheating. We have softwares dealing with that.

-respect of the officers/chain of command. This will be expanded upon once more soldiers join us.

One more point about this subject. I don't care what other units within the 82nd are doing. I would like for us to have a higher standard and expectations.

Now, about the chain of command.

As of now, the chain of command is quite simple. For any problems, issues, questions: talk to me!!!
