AboutUs_zpse3d1715c.png

The 2nd Battalion, 504th Parachute Infantry was started on the 24th of August, 2013 by Staff Sergeant Anthony Braaten and Sergeant Brenden Minissale. The 504th strives for excellence in all areas, whether that would be on the battlefield, or even off. The 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment follows most of the U.S Army Core values right down to the very last character. When you are a part of the 504th, you will be with a group of well trained, disciplined and respectful individuals who strive for nothing more than a great, realistic military experience. During our stay in the Teamspeak, we act in a more relaxed environment where goofing off and playing around is tolerated. However, when we are in the game, and when we are in training, drills, missions or operations, we act as an actual army unit would with high levels of awareness, discipline, and use our tactical knowledge to the fullest degree.

When you join the real military, whether it's Army, Navy, Marines, Airforce, or even Coast Guard, you will undergo a form of training. Of course, the real military's training is a lot longer than ours is due to the importance of retention we have to shorten it. If you enlist with us and you're accepted, you'll be put into Basic Combat Training (BCT). Basic Combat Training will be conducted on certain days throughout the week. This makes sure you know the basics of ArmA 3 as well as basic formations, drills, and weapon use. BCT is only one hour long or less and not difficult. When you make it out of Basic Combat Training, you'll be placed into the next level of your training which is Advanced Infantry Training (AIT). Advanced Individual Training is a multi-session training showing you how to do the job of the MOS you chose when you applied for the unit. If you chose infantry, this will be OSUT. If you chose a different MOS, it will simply be AIT. Depending on your MOS, the actual amount of sessions you have to attend differs. Please note AIT is a 1 day course and will be conducted when your class is scheduled to attend.
