Arma II Sound and Model editing

Okay, i will need some help with this!

Here it is, i know you can get arma II vehicles to arma III, but in order to do that, there is some sound and stuff that i need to fix in the arma II .pbo file, and im stoked about doing this.

I would love if anyone could tell me how to do this, like edit the look and the sound of a vehicle, maybe speed and such! What do i need? What do i need to do?
