Reseting controls to default

Hi, im new here, and im having some problems with the controls. Always when i change them and try to save, like some mouse buttons or xbox360 controls for some reason if i change the server or restart the game, all keys come to default. Okay, you can think that im not press the okay after change the keys, but im doing it. And appears not to be saved. I try to change the language too and not working at all.
