Mouse cursor not visible in ARMA3 Interface screens

No matter what I do and how I set my graphics on my Win 8 or Win 7 machine, my mouse cursor is not visible. EVER. and ALT-TAB does not cuase it to reappear.

The Mouse is there. you can tell if you roll your mouse around, the features and buttons will activate. but you cannot see the cursor.

this is true on my dual 560Ti system and my 640M laptop (both Nvidia)

any ideas boys?
