Firing Range popup targets using satelite phone

Can someone give me a tutorial or explain me how to use the popup targets via SQF , I mean that i want to use a computer (i think its called satelite phone) that i will choose there something like :reset targets ,and then i could shoot any target, it will fall and then i could reset in again .

found in the init of the satelite phone this :

now i dont have the sqf files so what can i do that it will be similar to this ^^?
