Arma 3 and Steam problems (dual display)

I use 2 monitors. On first, I'm in game and on the other I opened Steam. If I move the mouse in game or use Track IR, it's opend the Steam menu or some windows from Steam. Although this has no impact on the game, but it is distracting. You look permanently on the 2nd monitor. Do you know anything about this?

I use 2x Nvidia GForce 580 GTX, Driver 320.49
