RuMBuM 0 Posted August 13, 2002 this is gonna be a little confusing so bear with me... i have the US version of OFP(1.20) i downloaded the 1.30 patch and when i attempt to update it it says "One of the library files neededto run this application cannot be found" and in the toptitle it says "Error: LoadLibrary(~df394b.tmp)" i thought it was an error with the download so i downloaded it again from codemasters own web site... same thing happened so i reinstalled it no help, i uninstalled it then reinstalled it no help, ive done every thing i can think of. i tryed searching but i didnt find any thing on this subject it would be greatly apretiated if someone could help or point me to somewhere that could help. has any one encountered this problem, ohh and i even used OFPscan and it said i had errors in my exec after a fresh install(my disk isnt scratched at all) so i take the ones of the disk and run the scan and no errors were found so i try the update same thing happens im incredably sad sense i cant run most of the new addons Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
ralphwiggum 6 Posted August 13, 2002 hhmmm..i'm guessing that your problem might be non-OFP related, but to the system....just a guess...since your CD is ok, i guess one reason could be that OFP installation(or part of it) was done on bad sector, and is causing problem.... just a guess... anyone else?
