It would be really cool to see something like that in our game. Short video demonstrating the new Dynamic Map feature in War Thunder that can be run on a separate device such as an Android tablet or phone. Here it is running on a 7" Android tablet. While the game is running it can run in a browser window on a separate monitor connected to the host PC on http://127.0.0.1:8111 or replace the 127.0.0.1 part with your PC LAN address if running on another device connected to your network.
