Repulse 0 Posted August 6, 2013 How long does it take for them to actually respond to an appeal? I have not been on OA since I received a notification that I received a global ban after not being on the game for a week. I followed the instructions posted on their site and still awaiting a response 11 DAYS later. How long does it usually take? The time off the game is not helping me maintain the desire to continue to use it, I know BI are happy as they they have sold on useless key but I WILL NOT be purchasing another key just to bypass a ban. Guest Posted August 6, 2013 Noone knows except BE and to get in touch with BE posting on the BI forums is useless. My thought? If it has been 11 days I would think your apeal has been declined. Try to contact them some more if you think your apeal has a chance.
