Cant See Parts of my HUD when playing

I would like to know how to fix the problems im having when playing multiplayer. I cant see my HUD, what i mean is when someone dies i don't see it, when someone is talking i don't see it and i cant see when people are chatting using text ether. I can see what gun im using and how much ammo i have though. I know its not turned off server side because i play with a friend on the same server and he can see everything i cant see. Sorry if i posted in the wrong spot, i thought this was the best spot.

Disable 'Stream friendly UI' within either the video, or game-play options.
