3D Map Editor - HeliH

I've been using the 3D Map Editor quite a bit recently and enjoying. But theres one thing that has been annoying me. I've been looking to put the Helipad (HeliH) ontop of an object so that it shows the Helipad on the Object. Example Object would be the "land_nav_pier_c_big", But it places it on the ground and moving the Height doesnt budge it.

Can someone help me?
