Decompress 35% Fail at setup.

ok so my installation had gone fine and then we it got to the unpacking stage at the decompressing. It fails at 35% i have tried it 5 times already and i cannot seem to get it to work. Ive tried some tutorials on how to fix did not work. And now i dont know what to do?
