NOOB question. Where is the weapons file?

Its been years since i played OFP.

Decided to pick the game up again, cause its my all time fav.

Years ago i rem i used to edit the weapons file to get unlimited ammo and stuff like that....

I'm on windows seven now and for the life of me i cannot find it.

I searched the web and it says it should be in the users saved gave folder.... but its not there...

Is it because i haven't got up to the point in the game where you can choose weapons

Also i cannot find the saved game file. I'm not sure if this is because of windows 7 or GOTY edition..
