Flipers final m4a1 pack release date?

I'm just sitting here, waiting with bated breath for flipers final m4a1 pack, said to include the masterkey system and, i believe (from screens i saw), several scoped rifles as well. I was just wondering if anyone knew when he was gonna put that out?

You can already dowload the Masterkey combination and as for the scoped rifles, yes, I'm looking forward to those too
