Insurgency: Creating a Main Base in addition to the Mobile Base

Hello,

I am interested to find out how (if possible) to make a Main Base in the insurgency: CO mission.In other words, when players spawn, i want there to be an option to spawn on their teammates, the mobile base, or main base. I am using Insurgency 1.50, and help would be greatly appreciated.
