CTURealismUnit 1 Posted March 24, 2013 Welcome to 21st CTU Realism Unit. We are a ArmA 2 (Moving to ArmA 3) milisim based under United States of America ways of life and their rank structure. We use strategys and tactics to move around the battlefield as one big unit which is split into many different sections. We currently have Infantry, Fixed Wing, Helicopter Wing and Intelligence and below will be a small little description about each of the roles that these squads do while on the battlefield. This Unit is looking for Active and Mature members to have a good time with while in operations and to simulate a real group of squads. Roles: Infantry - The Infantry Regiments are based on the ground and work as ground units while on operations. They may be transported by Helicopters but will be dropped off at a location ready to complete the objective that they have been set with. The Infantry is split into 3 different regiments, 16th Infantry, 19th Infantry and 21st Infantry. You will be put into a Infantry when you have been successful in your application and passed basic training. Fixed Wing - The Fixed Wing Squadron is based in the air and requires very good concentration and listening skills. 17th Squadron is the current active squadron in the platoon and goes airborne in operations in some of the fastest and powerful jets in the world. The Fixed Wing Squadron is all about airborne and if you are interested in becoming a jet pilot, this is for you. Helicopter Wing - The Helicopter Wing is also based in the air, working along side the Fixed Wing Squadron to ensure that safety in the air and on the ground is safe from airborne enemies and ground troops. 24th Helicopter Wing use many different helicopters such as Chinooks (Transport) and Apache (Combat) to get troops around the battlegrounds and eliminate the enemy. The Helicopter Wing is all about helping the infantry while providing support from the air. Intelligence - The Intelligence Squad will work with the Fixed Wing as a team to keep a close on the enemy and thier movements on the battlefield. Some members of the squad could be assigned to a Sniper Unit to watch over the enemy's positions and report it back to the rest of the unit. However, Others will work with the Reaper's and Predator drones to keep a view on the enemy from the air. More To Be Added! What You Get From 21st CTU Unit?
