Cant access ARMA 2 free activation website?

Im very sorry if this is in wrong forum. I cannot get onto the ARMA 2 website that you need to get CD key for ARMA 2 free version. I've tried 3 different browsers but cannot get to it. Anyone else having this problem? Again sorry if this is the wrong forum.
