Missing Arma 3 Lite keys

I bought arma 3 alpha directly from steam a few days ago. Yesterday a steam popup message told me I had alpha keys to give away, and to click on that link to take me to my gifts.

When I clicked it i got to my inventory only to realize there is nothing there. Could someone tell me what I have to do to receive my alpha keys? I had assumed it was automatic if you had arma 3 on your account.
