Switching to another team member when you die issue!

When setting up a mission in the editor and I make more then one member in my squad playable ( Die alot,,maybe ) When ...I mean if I get

killed and I switch to next playable ....There is no gun sound anymore! I can hear the men talking but no gun sounds...Wierd, right?

Anyone else have this issue?
